IN THE SWISS ALPS

4th July - 1st August 2026

Co-Live in a nutshell

Nestled in the Swiss mountains, Kurhaus Praden is a co-living retreat for digital nomads and remote workers seeking more than just a change of scenery.

Work with intention and clarity in a nature-rich alpine environment that supports productivity, mental space and ultimately balances modern life with grounded communal living.

Connect within a like-minded community through shared meals and outdoor adventures in one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking regions.

Build lasting habits for a more fulfilling work-life balance with daily guided yoga led by experienced teacher Pascalle, grounding you each morning and supporting long-term patterns that will stay with you for life.

What you get

Join the Kurhaus Praden Co-Live and choose the length of your stay. Immerse yourself for 15, 22, or 29 days in one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking alpine regions for a journey that may change your perception of what work-life balance really means and uncover your potential

Select one of our cosy alpine bedrooms and experience how the clear mountain air and the tranquil, natural environment will help you enjoy a deep sleep.

Each day begins with a guided yoga class in our yoga shala, led by Pascalle, our inspiring guide and yoga teacher who brings warmth, wisdom, and grounding energy to your practice. These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner stillness - establish new routines throughout your stay that will give you a heightened focus, more clarity and overall more balance.

A co-working environment will ensure you stay productive while enjoying the freedom of remote work in an inspiring community.

Life at the co-live is about connection and authenticity. Shared activities like hikes and communal dinners prepared by the participants in shifts of 2-3 people, offer moments to bond, exchange stories, and make friends for life in a way that truly resonates.

Participants leave inspired and with new routines and practices that create a deeper sense of belongign to themselves and others.

This co-live offers you to explore a more mindful and fulfilling way to combine the needs of your professional life with a liberating lifestyle that is more true to your nature.
